I have set up the notification email for every update on the tickets. It takes around 2-4 mins to get an email. Is it a normal behavior or do I need to do some settings?
@fathima-humaira-cader_nanomatrixsecure_com the email handler processes emails in batch and can take 3 to 10 minutes. Some of the notifications are processes immediately but most are not.
