Why my automation not working

Why my automation not working

i have 2 service project.
A, B

i create automation in A service project, when user raise ticket in A service project, will automation create and link issue in B service project.

But seen not working, may i know what i facing ?

Ticket got auto create, but not auto link to release ticket

I recommend you abandon the legacy automation and use the new automation. Have you tried that yet?
