Why most of the time I cannot see our manually triggered rules?

Hi all,

I have been searching for an answer to this issue I experience lately, but could not find a solution yet.

I created several manually triggered automations. Up until last month, I can still run the rules manually from the issue itself.  But there times that the rules are not vissible. And few time when I don't need to run it, I can see them.

Does anyone had this experience? How do I fix this issue?

Simple question

Are the issues related to the project where Automation is created?

Are they disabled?
