Why is the new Form template dropdown empty?

HI

In JSM

I'm creating a new form.

I don't have any templates to select from. The dropdown is empty? Why?

It says I should be able to drag and drop fields. Like Attachement. I don't see those drag and drop fields. What am I doing wrong?

1. Request Form - found via Project Settings > Request Types > Choose one > Request Form? Or a...
2. Form - found via Project Settings > Forms > Create Form?

I'm assuming it's (2) based on the mention of Templates - if this is the case:

• Templates Missing: This is a known bug, confirm it impacts you, or follow it via JSDCLOUD-11171 
• Fields: You can create fields for the form using the "Fields" drop-down option above the form's name. There isn't an attachment field available at this time though
  • See JSDCLOUD-10707 for updates on when this will be available!
  • The workaround for now is to have the Attachment field available for the Request Type via the Request Form (see via instructions in (1) above). It does mean the field will always appear at the top of the form though, so I'd usually recommend having at least Summary on the Request Form also.
