My comapny started running the itil support project, when I creat problems by the creat button in the top of the screen the problems don't show up in the reports and in the queues.
What displays in reports and queues is governed by the underlying definition of those reports and queues. Without seeing the details I would suggest looking at the underlying JQL filter query and then assessing that against a specific issue you created to see why it’s not showing up. For example it might be that it is caused by the issue type that you’re creating or the person the issue was assigned to. If you share information about your cues or reports and the specific issue you created I might be able to assist more completely.
