Why can I first not see the request participants Field, and then, can't use it since it is disabled?

Hello,

I have an issue regarding the field for Request participants.

I have set it as a context field, but in the issue detail view, I can't see the label for the field, and also the field that should be editable is disabled.

Can someone please help here?

I have the field for "Request participants" has been added to the context fields from the issue detail view. Screenshot 2024-04-11 10.42.25 AM.png

I don't know why this is happening. Also I tried to reproduce it on my instance without any luck.
