Why are only three articles displayed in the customer portal?

Regardless of whether the customer searches for an article using the search function or makes an request and articles are suggested, only three articles are displayed at a time? Where can I set this up in Jira Service Management? Can I even change that?2021-01-20_112933.pngnt?
