Why are my users not able to see the dashboard I created

I've created a dashboard and users are able to see some of the gadgets, but when I updated the dashboard and added new gadgets, my users keep getting this message:

"Unfortunately, one or more of your preferences are now unavailable. Please update your preferences, or remove gadget by clicking delete from the title bar above."

  • An error occurred while generating the response.

They have the correct privileges, but it is giving them this pesky message, how can we fix this?

In Dashboard, you will also need to ensure that (at the gadget level) the filter query or project used by the gadget are also setup where your users have view access against them at minimum.

Generally - Dashboard and gadgets used in it must be shared with all the users that you have in mind.
