Why I can't create Epic in Groovy Cloud?

Hi Community!!!

Can I create an Epic on console?

I need to create an Epic in transition and I can't. In the transition it tells me that it does not recognize the field and in the console it tells me that something similar (I attach a screenshot)

This is (usually) what it says it is.  You are telling it to set the custom field with id 10011 but it is not on the create issue screen.  It might not be on the screen for several reasons though - genuinly not on the screen, but also if it's got the wrong issue type, the screen will be wrong, or if it's not the right project, and and and.

Start with back-to-basics - what do you get in the UI when you try to create an Epic?  Does your post cover every enterable field there?
