using the ,, Raise the request on behalf of'' feature as described below

Raise a request on behalf of a customer | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support

doesn't give away who was the actual user who filled in the request.

Is it possible at all to know who was behind the specific ticket that was raised on behalf of?

Thanks

Hello @Dan Turcanu ,

Welcome to the community, this is a mandatory field and when you raise the request you will see within the "Shared with" section the email of the person and the placeholder "Creator"

Let me know if you can see this.

BR,

Nikola

Hello @Dan Turcanu

If you just want to see it, use the JQL with Creator = xyz as this is system field and will store the information and does not give you much option.

And if you want to use it in any other way use a new user picker field to be added in the request called Requestor. This will help to capture the data who was the original requestor.

Kindly Vote and Accept if it helps.

Thanks
