Who do larger videos appear 'compressed' during playback?

Ryan Willms September 8, 2020

We have a video we are testing, just over 100MB in size.  When it loads for playback however, the video appears compressed/squished and is VERY hard to watch.

Is there something we're missing when it comes to file settings?  How can we make sure our video content displays normally.

Thanks Fahad,

We updated the attachment size and re-uploaded the video with no success.

Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.

@Ryan Willms just for testing are you able to upload any word document? or there is issue with video only

Ryan Willms September 10, 2020

The issue is not with the uploading, it is with playback.

I have since learned there is a knows issue and Confluence is working to resolve it.  In the meantime, we will try to encode the video as the ticket suggests and go from there.

Thank you for your help.
