While commenting back on a ticket, how can we setup a auto populating Signature in the comment?

in case the signature is a static one and explains, for example, some legal information/disclaimer you could add it to the template reachable from "customer notifications" from Jira Service Management:

When it comes to agent signatures, Canned Responses can be used.
You can create a signature template and use it while commenting.
