Guys I need to customize the message in the automatic email that is triggered when I raise a request in Jira Service Desk.
Can you help me find the exact place to configuring the email.

Project settings > customer notifications
Within the customer notifications you can edit any of these. Let me know if I'm on target here or not.
Thanks @Jack Brickey . I was searching in Configuration but the previous admin is inactive so it was throwing error which is resolved when I added my name and I can able to see the custom notification.
