strange dropdown link page.pngLong story short we want to delete this dropdown menu with weblinks in it from our helpdesk but none knows where the controls are for it. It only appears in one of our helpdesk projects in the portal, Atlassian community i beg your help. What is this called, and how do I delete this?

Its part of an extension called Links.......

Project Setting> Links.

There you can toggle it on or off and edit.

@Dave Narick - first of all, amazing banner image!

Second, I have a feeling there's a third-party Jira add-on responsible for that dropdown:

  • Check the Jira project for that service desk. Any project settings that look promising? Out of the box Jira Service Desk doesn't let you add text/dropdowns in the spot in your screenshot.
  • Can you right-click the dropdown menu, then click "Inspect"? In the code that appears, is there a name or ID you can share here?
  • If you're an admin for this Jira instance, consider checking "Manage Apps".
