Hi, When try to transfer a ticket to another project, the system need it asks me to fill in some information, if I don't fill it in they are lost, am I obliged to fill in this information when moving a ticket between projects?

Yes, this happens when the target project and issue type are configured to have mandatory fields - the move process checks that the data on the issue is valid for the target configuration.
Note also that if you have fields that do not have a context for the target project, you will lose any data in them. You won't lose data if the fields are hidden, or not on screen in the target, it will just not be shown.
