When creating a ticket on behalf of a user attachment not being sent/accessible

Hi there,

Any help would be appreciated, when creating an issue on behalf of a user and attaching something via the Attachment field said attachment isn't viewable for the reporter.

See the attached, the highlighted yellow Attachment field is where it won't come through but it does work if you use the reply to customer attachment box.Attachment.PNGCreate.PNG

This is works as designed. You can mention the attachment with markup or from the editor menu in the description/ comment to make it visible for the reporter.
