In our service management project, we have a request name (Purchase Order), which has been assigned to form. so when a condition is triggered in another project, the automation will create a Purchase order request, but when the request is created, the request is not set as form,
Is there any way to create a service request using automation, and the form for this request shall be attached as a PDF to the request? (similar to if we create the request from the Portal).

I am not aware of the ability for an Automation Rule to create the form and add it. It will simply create the issue itself.
