When I repy to a notification from Service desk the answer creates a new issue

Hi

I want it to be added as a comment to the original issue.

I have searched the documentation but I have not found anything about this.

Ola,

  By default the service desk is setup to allow replies to create comments if the permissions are setup correctly.  This usually occurs when the individual replying to the issue does not have permission on that issue. Can you confirm that you created the issue or that you are a request participant on that issue?
