Hello Community!

I'm trying to replicate the import of Assets from a URL as specified in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/import-data-from-a-web-address/

It works for my CSV file on my Google Drive if I follow the instructions and convert to a Google Sheet and add the /export?format=csv tag.

But I'm curious if it works at other sites/places such as OneDrive/Sharepoint.  Attempting that gives me an error.

Anything I have to do there?  What's worked for you?

We've been experiencing this issue as well.  The only requirements in the docs specify a file size limit, and that the site must be a publicly accessible site with ssl encoding.   Clearly this is not all that is required, or there is a product bug here.

Anyone else experiencing this?
