I am new to Jira Service Management and I am currently evaluating this product for an enterprise role out but I am having trouble finding information regarding what reporting and dashboard capabilities are included with Jira Service Management.
Hey Shane, welcome to Jira Service Management! From the Reports section on the service desk sidebar, you can leverage several out-of-the-box reports like agent workload, SLA goals, time to resolution, customer satisfaction, and more.
Additionally, you can build custom reports, adding data series from your service desk, custom colouring/labels, and JQL query filters.
