What is option of Clone Queue in the list of Issues in JSM.
Please find the below attached screenshot for your reference please help me out how we can use this Clone Queue option ?

It seems related to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-282
It allows you to make a copy of an existing queue so you don't have to start from scratch when setting up another Queue.
The "In" would be where the queue would reside. You either have the All tickets or the ITSM Categories which you see on the left side
