What is the big difference between ATLASSIAN Assist and Jira cloud?
Do you think that Jira Cloud is an app for agents, and ATLASSIAN assist is an app for both customers and agents?

welcome to the community and thanks for your question.
Looks like there is a little bit of confusion here, so I'll try to clarify.
Jira Service Management Cloud is a product for Service teams to help them with their customer support processes.
Atlassian Assist can be used as an addon to even enhance the Jira product, to raise requests directly via MS Teams or Slack.
So you will need Jira in order to use Assist. Hope this clears things up a little bit.

thanks for the clarification. I don't think you need to install anything in Slack, just connect your cloud site.
