We are pretty proud of our CSAT score, but I'm curious just how good it really is, and what other JSD users are finding as far as response rates to CSAT surveys.
We get about 1 score for every 5 cases. We are currently averaging 4.9 stars over the last 12 months, which I think is pretty awesome and reflects what great support staff we have.
So let's hear it, how are we doing as a community in taking care of our clients? I'm more than happy to share our model, and things we do to provide that level of service as well if it can help anyone!
