In Jira service desk, I want to add validators or post function before closing the ticket.
The agent cannot close the ticket if document is not uploaded from Resolved to Closed status.

you could add a Field required validator using Attachment field. You will need to create a transition screen with the Attachment field exposed and associate the screen to the desired transition. Please note that this will not work for Customers so you should not expose the transition with this validator on the portal. If you need more guidance please let me know.
