I have an automation on service desk which should fire off a webhook to pagerduty.
Following this guide I have setup the webhook.
Using Postman the shape of my request is:
POST URL:
https://api.pagerduty.com/incidents
Headers:
Authorization: Token token=<my_token>
Accept: application/vnd.pagerduty+json;version=2
Content-Type: application/json
From: <my_email>
Body:
Sending the above creates my incident in pagerduty as expected.
I've copied the above exactly into my webhook into Jira, with the body being the "custom payload". I get no incident created in Pagerduty but service desk automations still show the event as a success.
What am I possibly missing?
