We have a webhook integration to another service desk system
Remote user writes a comment in their service desk system
Their system send us that comment through the API and I can see the reply in my Jira.
When I trigger the webhook on "Comment: created", the comment from the remote service desk system is sent back to them so that system gets a duplicate comment.
After I switched the webhook trigger to "Comment: updated", I got rid of the duplicate comments.
What is the difference between these two and why did the trigger on "Comment: created" create a duplicate while the trigger on "Comment: updated" did not?
