We would like to setup recurring service or change management ticket for maintenance and this would involve multiple client for monthly AMC.

Thank you Joseph, I did try to use JQL script from existing ticket and option to remove duplicates didn't work proper so have only 1 for each company

I am not quite sure on your response. Are you saying that automation rule setup didn't resolve your need?
