Hi All. Here is our dilemma.....
- New JSM project created. They want to allow users a second option to create issues - Slack
- This project workflow has 2 approval steps - one on MANAGER field and one on APPROVERS field.
- My Slack workbot developer can't figure out if it is possible to allow slack to move through the approval process "on behalf" of the person in manager field and person in approvers field -- basically to be able to transition an issue with approval step.
- I opened at Atlassian Support case, and they tell me we can create an automation for approving / declining a request but I don't want to affect the JSM workflow as it is now. I need the Slack bot to use existing workflow. (( sorry I have no idea about Slack bots! ))
Does anyone know if / how the Slack integration bot could be coded to make this happen?
