We are trying to export SAL data to EasyBi, Data not oulling through

Warwick De Villiers February 14, 2024

Current

- We have multiple JIRA projects with SLA's. We are using EasyBi to generate SLA reports for our customers.

- We look at SLA's - time to acknowledgement, time to first response, time to resolution.

- The SLA's calculate and display in the JIRA agent portal

- We can view SLA's per case in Queries view

- We export SLA data to EasyBi and generate customer reports and visuals

Issue being experienced

- We have now setup a new JIRA project and setup all SLA's.

- They work and can be viewed in JIRA

- However, The SLA data for the new project does not pull to EasyBi.

- All other data around tickets created, Ticket Closed etc pull though, but for some reason the SLA dat for the new project does not seem to be exported

Is there possibly a configuration or permission we have not checked or setup for the New Jira project we have setup? which will allow the SLA data to be exported to EasyBi?

Hi,

If you have created new SLAs or if you are loading this new project in a new eazyBI account, I would suggest checking if all needed SLAs are selected for import in Jira Service Management custom fields section: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira/jira-service-management-custom-fields

I hope this helps and if not, let us know.

Best,
Ilze, eazyBI support
