Hi all.
We are looking to improve the customer experience by raising support tickets (Cloud JSM) from Outlook.
The idea is to extend the standard way (subject+body+attachments) of using the mail channel - but allow customers to fill in request types pages via Outlook extensions.
As far as I can see - there are applications that help from users' perspectives, we need something similar for customers.
Are there any known solutions for this?
