We have set our JSD to have customers in the same organization to be able to view submitted tickets. There are over 100 tickets but the view only shows 20. Is there a way to increase this view, or can we at least search for those not showing up. I have changed the parameters in the search in hoping that it would show me the first 20 that matched my criteria but it only shows me what is already in the original 20 list.
