View Tickets only

I want to have a user view tickets but not be able to close or resolve them. Which permission would that be?

Hi @Wayne Heverly and welcome to the community!

They would only require the Browse Projects permission.  Best practice would be to either assign that user to a group and then assign that group to the permission or create a project role that is assigned that permission.  Then assign that user to the respective group/role.
