Using an iPhone and the JSM customer portal to generate tickets, the ticket creation process is completely blocked by the verification step.
First, the user is asked to look at a variety of image snippets to identify objects such as traffic lights, bicycles, fire hydrants, buses and/or cars. The user clicks on the matching items and chooses "verify".
None of our users, including myself, is able to pass through this gauntlet--verification always fails. I personally tried this for over a half-hour, to no avail.
I then tried the audio verification, two times. It's unlike any audio verification I have used. After clicking "start" the system played static, and then what sounded like "employee services." Mind you, not the usual "A...one...seven....Q....twenty-nine..." which always works. I tried it again: "Pairs of Several" spoken in a low-country drawl. It failed too.
In the end, we cannot create tickets using JSM, which defeats the purpose of the entire product.
Thoughts, observations, and solutions are welcome and encouraged.
Thanks,
