I am wondering if it's possible to build a Board with Jira Roadmaps functionality but use it to display and manage Jira Service Management Project Issues.
We have a business case where a certain team needs the customer facing communication abilities of Jira Service Management, but their work tickets are more long term and would greatly benefit from the visualization capabilities offered by Jira Roadmaps.
Is this possible?
Hello Patrick, you shouldn't have problems to use advanced roadmaps with JSM. When you start configuring the app it will ask what do you want to use as source of information. You could pick the JSM project there or maybe just a query that brings those long term tickets only which sounds a better option to me.
