Hello,
I have a user who appears in the administration in status "Invited". This user have activity, can open tickets since 2021.
I created a new jira service management project, created a new group to add users and this user, can't see the tickets where is participant and other user yes.
Can anyone help me?

Please make sure that User/Group/Role is added into browse project permission.

Thanks for your soon answer. In browse project permission, apart from other roles, i have "Service Project Customer - Portal Access", i understand that this permission allow users to view this tickets. Is it correctly?
Yesterday i was check the problem and i think that saw the solution. The customer request type field was empty, after assigning content to that field, the user was able to view the ticket.
