Hi,
I am trying to show detailed reporter information in Jira SM issue description fields.
We have all the required information in OKTA, where we sync our users from.
We have some field syncing set up, but i cannot access that data anywhere
Did anyone try something like this?

We want to bring user profile data in Insight CMDB.
If any one have suggestion or solution please let me know.
As far as i tested this out, Okta -> Atlassian integration pushes the Information to Atlassian user profile, which is:
https://organization.atlassian.net/jira/people/user-ID
However, this has only specific fields, we cannot add additional ones.
And i cannot find a way to display that information in Jira tickets, which is kinda ironic.
We bypassed this using custom scripts that push information from Okta to Insight schema and we display that information in custom Insight fields in jira.
Not a pretty workaround by any means. I would rather do it via existing tools, so if someone found a solution to this, i would really appreciate some help.
