Hi,I've added an email to an existing Customer Organization.The user is unable to login to see his Support Ticket.> user, I mean customer. Not a user account in the system.FYII can see that email in the list of emails under that Customer Org.Thanks.

Please, let us know more details about what issue the customer is facing when trying to login to the portal.
