I've added an email to an existing Customer Organization.
The user is unable to login to see his Support Ticket.
> user, I mean customer. Not a user account in the system.
I can see that email in the list of emails under that Customer Org.

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if it shows any error when the customer tries to log in.
Please, let us know more details about what issue the customer is facing when trying to login to the portal.
