I have added the user to our "Customer Portal" several times. The Invitation email is delivered and the user is able to register with their "Full Name" and create a password.
However, when they exit JSD and reopen, they are prompted for a username and password. Then they receive a message that the "Username and Password are incorrect"
Deleting the user and re-adding the user gives the same result.
This seems odd. Is it a single user? I might suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support.
