We have a few apps that all our users make daily use of.
I received a report, and confirmed, that one user no longer sees any Apps on the drop down menu.
All other users still have access to this list.
Please assist.
Please check if user still have same permissions or is assigned to the same groups or check apps permissions. Some of apps like BigPicture or Tempo have own set of permissions that allows users see apps.

I identified the issue with the user's browser's colour scheme.
They had white on white.
