User can't acess Jira Service Management project

Hi!

One of our users cannot access the JSM project, he can see the project in all available projects, but when clicking it and loading the page It's white. He is a member of JSM and member of the project. Same acccessrights as other users. What I've tried is loading the browser in incognito and logging on as the affected users with no success. And the time since added is since yesterday.

Any ideas?

Hi @Jacob Eriksson :

 

There could be two possibilities:

1. Please, check whether user has Jira service management license

2. also please check the project permission using Permission helper for the project: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/
