I create a field name "usuario requerido". Its a field of type "user picker". I can add users to this field by their mail.
I have a security group call "" Tesoreria Mixcoac 1". Into this security group, I add a user custom filed value with the field I create.
This is the ticket with the security group and the field "usuario requerido" with 2 users.
The user I add, can not have access to the ticket. It is assumed that when I add the field to the security group, this user can have access to the ticket but do not have access.
Any idea, what is missing?
Does this user have browse project permission in Permission Scheme associated with this project? Issue security scheme can deny or allow access to specific issues but user still need to have access on project permission level to access issue.
