Upon issue resolution, how do I ask the user for more information?

When a user resolves an issue, how can I request them to fill out certain fields that will then be added to the issue itself?

hi @zoya_aboujaish ,

Assuming this is a Company managed project than you can create a screen with the desired required fields and add that to the transition to Done in the workflow. In addition to the screen you want to use a validator that requires the use her to fill in that field. If you have the necessary administrative permissions to make this change and require additional information on how to achieve this please let me know.
