Uploads with file protection.

Without using password protection or encryption, is there a way mitigate instances where files are uploaded to the wrong client. My thinking is we can perhaps create a name convention for each client and a rule. If the file name doesn't contain the naming convention associated with a given client, JIRA will not permit the file upload to that client.

this is not a builtin feature and, for my knowledge there is not an external app that provide this feature.
