When I installed Jira SD, my server name have "APP" at the end of it. I removed it after setting it up and going through configurations and customization before rolling it into production this week.
If the agents (4), access the queues, they can click through menus and work without any issues. However, when some of the automated emails come out of SD, the URL has the older server name in it. Naturally that doesn't resolve and fails. Where can I change this? I looked in default email templates and was not able to find anything here.
on-prem install. Atlassian Jira Project Management Software v8.10.0
