I have imported few issue to JSM data center using CSV file. I can see created as date and time of import and updated as bulk changes on request on same of import.
however today when i change status of issue or add a comment updated feild is not getting updated with todays date and time.
is there any way to check this problem or resolve this problem?

Which field are you expecting to see updated with the new date? A screenshot highlighting the field/place where you expect to see the change would be helpful.
