I'm trying to use Insight for asset management, and I'm trying to find a way to count the number of assigned licenses, subtract that number from the number of purchased licenses, and set the value of available licenses to that number.
I have an object type called "Software Licenses" with the following attributes:
- Purchased (integer)
- Used (integer)
- Available(Integer)
- Assigned (user)
I'm stuck at getting it to count the number of users in the 'Assigned' attribute and putting that value in the 'Used' attribute.
Anybody have any idea how to get Insight/Jira to count the number of users in the Assigned attribute (if it's even possible)?
