Hi Geeta,

It looks like you've run into a licensing issue with Smart Templates add-on

The error message "License error. Please check Smart Templates license in Jira Settings" means the licence might have expired.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Contact your Jira Administrator: They have access to the Jira settings and can check the status of the Smart Templates license. They can also advise on upgrading your plan if needed.

  2. Check the Atlassian Marketplace: If you are the Jira admin and Smart Templates is an app you've installed, you can check its licensing status via Jira Settings > Apps > Manage apps
