Unable to update issues within the Jira Service Management queue

Ever since I upgrade to Jira Core build 8.14.0 and Jira Service Management 4.14.0, we are unable to update or make any changes to issues within the queue. When we you click on log issue or comments or even try to move the issue to another stage workflow the waiting image just spins in a circle and does nothing. If we access the issue via the dashboard we have no problems updating or making changes to any issues. Any idea why this is happening only when we try to update issues within the queue?

Any help anyone can provide would be awesome.

Hey @Toby Pittman ,

My first guess with these things is usually an app/add-on that is causing something to go wrong.

You can do 2 things imho,

1) Open your Developer console in your browser and see what pops up in the error console when you perform the action that just keeps spinning

2) Set your instance in to safe mode/disable the apps. This will allow you to test without any extensions enabled and if you then enable them one by one you can pinpoint which one is causing some issues.

do you have a specific list of apps installed that could be causing some interactions to go wrong?
