Unable to uninstall JSM?

Deleted user September 7, 2022

I'm a Jira/Confluence site admin. We tested JSM briefly ...4 years ago? and decided not to proceed with it. However, in Atlassian Administration I see that 16 users still have access to JSM, and as a result we have to hide/disable Opsgenie and On Call on every single Jira project.... But I don't see any user group with permissions for JSM, and JSM isn't in our list of products. How can we disable JSM fully?

Hi @[deleted] ,

it is hard for me to assess what might be going on without actually seeing it. You should be able to simply uninstall the unused products. however it may be that some complexities exist if you had a Opsgenie and JSM separate and then later combine them. With that said I would suggest that you reach out to Atlassian support directly for assistance in this matter.
