Hi Team,
We need to check for approver list.
Our Project consists of 4 stages of Approval from Level-1 to Level-4.
So we have like 200 to 300 approvers list and we wanted them to be customers as approvers.
It worked till the last year November like that, but recently when we were testing, I'm not able to see them in our dropdowns.
Also we did some updates securing
Is there any other ways we can achieve it. Because we have like more than 600+ approvers and we cannot add them in our Jira.
So please help us give an idea how to find the root cause of the problem ?
Hi Santhosh,
I will try to help with what I can, but hard for me to do much without seeing your instance. So it might take a support ticket to Atlassian.
Are you able to populate the Approvers field with the name? And how are you doing that? Are you populating it and then not seeing the name? What happens when you try to populate the field?
Found Solution @John Funk .
Custom fields restricted only some groups to the fields and now we are able to see other users in the mail.
Thanks.
